Orders
Once you place an order, our warehouse immediately gets notified, and we start packing
your products and prepare it to get shipped. If an order is cancelled, you will be charged a
10% restocking fee. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. All orders placed
after 2:30 P.M. on weekdays, will get send out the next business day. All orders placed on
weekends will get shipped out the following Monday.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards incuding Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Paypal is also excepted as one of our payment methods. For all domestic orders, we
accept money orders.

Shipping
We offer many different shipping methods depending on how fast you would like to receive your order. For all U.S Customers, we offer the following shipping methods:

FedEx Ground(1-5 business days)

FedEx 2nd Day Air(Guaranteed in 2 business days)

USPS First Class Mail(3-5 business days)

USPS Priority Mail(Guaranteed in 2-3 business days)

For all international customers, we offer the following shipping methods:

USPS Airmail Letter Post/First Class International (No guaranteed delivery date)
USPS Global Express Mail(Guaranteed in 3-5 business days)

*ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS*
Airmail Letter Post (also known as First Class International) has no tracking and no insurance. There is also NO guaranteed delivery date. We thrive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and this is the cheapest shipping method for international orders. If you are ordering a reel or more, we highly recommend you to upgrade to Priority Mail International. It costs slightly more but is faster (6-10 business days) and has tracking to major destinations. If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail Int., please contact us. However, if you still choose First Class international, please be certain that you type your address correctly during the checkout procedure. You may also type in your address in the "comments" section making sure that we have the correct address. First Class Int. can take anywhere from 6-20 business days. It may be faster than 6 business days if you live in Canada.
For all international orders that are either: 3-4 reels or more, or orders above $150-$200, we strongly reccommend Global Express Mail because it includes full tracking and insurance.

do not sell or rent any personal information you may give us. Our representatives will always
make sure your transaction goes as smooth and fast as possible. We may ask you for additional
information to verify your billing address.

When we confirm an order, we will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card
number. Our secure shopping cart has a 256-bit secure sockets layer encryption. Strings Depot Plus always make sure that all personal information is used for billing purposes only.

We never give away any e-mail addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, names,
credit card information, or any other personal information you may have given us.

Cancellations & Returns
All orders must be cancelled within 7 days from the time you made the order. All returns
must be returned within 30 days from the date of the order. Original invoice is required on
all returns. Any opened packages or packages that look like they were used, will not be
accepted. It must be in original packing and they must be in brand new condition. Returns
may be subject to 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
on returns and must obtain & maintain proof of receipt. Customers must notify Strings
Depot Plus for authorization on any returns before returning any product. To request an
