Welcome to the Strings Depot Plus’s Demo Program! Our goal is to provide you with our racquets delivered
straight to your door so you can playtest them for up to 7 days. We will try to make our demo program run as
smooth as possible. If you have any questions, please call customer service at 866-787-4644.

What is the cost of Our Demo Program?
Our fee for demoing racquets is free but you will have to pay the shipping costs from SDP to your location and
back to us. We will provide you with a pre-printed shipping label. so you can send the item straight back to us.
All demos are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on your geographic location. The
shipping charges start from as low as $12 a racquet! All of our demos are guaranteed to arrive within 2-3
business days! After receiving the racquets, you may keep them for as long as 7 days. So if you receive them
on a Thursday, you have until the following Thursday to demo the racquets.

What is the policy for returning racquets on time back to SDP?
At the current moment, you will have to go to the Post Office or have the carrier pick up the box from your house
and have it shipped to SDP. You will have to paste the pre-printed shipping label on your box. All racquets must
be sent back to us once the 7 days is over. So if you received it on a Monday, the following Monday they must
be shipped back to us.

What is the policy if I forget to send the racquet back to SDP?
If SDP does not receive your demo racquet within 10 business days, you will be charged a $3.00 late fee per
racquet, per day. After that we wil give you an additional 5 days, and if we are unable to reach you, we will then
charge your credit the total amount of the racquet(s).

How many racquets can I demo at a time?
You can demo up to 2 racquets at a time.

I have decided what racquets I want to demo, so what is the next step?
At the current moment, we do not have a place on the website where you can full out a form and demo racquets.
If you have decided which racquets you want to demo, please contact us for availability of that demo and how
you can pay for it.
